Veltra is built and run by a small team. Every route below reaches someone who can act on it, and email is answered directly rather than by a ticket queue.
Support and technical questions
The fastest route is our Discord, where questions are usually answered the same day and other users can see the answer. For anything account-specific, email is better.

If you are reporting something that looks wrong in the data, include the wallet address, the chain, and roughly when you made the request. That is usually enough to reproduce it without a second exchange.
Billing
Email hello@veltradata.io from the address on the account, or open your billing portal from the dashboard to change plan, update a card, or cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period and your key keeps working until then.
Security
Report suspected vulnerabilities to hello@veltradata.io with enough detail to reproduce the issue. Please do not open a public issue or post it in Discord first. We will confirm receipt, and we will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and gives us a reasonable window to fix it.
